MacKenzie complies with and/or exceeds all federal, state, and local applicable safety laws, rules, and regulations set forth by OSHA, NIOSH, and the authorities having jurisdiction.
MacKenzie operates under strict in-house safety regulations requiring the use of personal protective equipment at all times on a project.
Safety is MacKenzie's most important goal on every project.
MacKenzie currently operates with an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of less than 1.00.

- Lead abatement training and blood testing
Bonding, Insurance, and Certifications
- MacKenzie currently operates with an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of less than 1.00
- MacKenzie Painting and Coatings is fully insured and bondable up to $15 million.
- MacKenzie can and will provide Payment and Performance Bonds as well as Bid Bonds if required.
